Ramen Jiro Niigata

土曜日の朝イチ訪問。トッピング無料サービスをやっていた（生卵、煮卵、うずら4コ、ニラキムチ、 しょうが、岩のり、のうち一品）。小にうずらを追加。全マシで。今日はアブラが結構強烈。朝イチなのでスープが新鮮な非乳化。しかし食べるほどに写真のアブラが溶け絶妙な微乳に進化。なんだコレ美味い。野菜はモヤシ8キャベツ2くらい。麺は中太縮れで微乳やや甘スープによく絡む。ブタはやや薄切りだがしっかりとボリュームあり。今日も美味かった。

Huge portions of delicious fatty pork. Four item menu (with/out pork, large or small) at a reasonable price. Be prepared to wait outside during the lunch rush, but the wait is well worth it.

Just Ramen soup! Go inside pay for LARGE or small and tell to adjust garlic and vegies... ours the garlic was on the too much side...

People would like to have French dinner at fancy restaurant. Then, how about ramen? We don’t need that kind of fancy or elegant place. Jiro can achieve the proper atmosphere to eat ramen. We don’t need fancy for ramen. We need tasty ramen.

食券購入後にニンニク有無や野菜等のトッピングを指定できるため、注文がスムーズで効率的です。 ほぐし豚は味が濃厚でボリュームも大きいため、豚肉を多めに注文される方は麺量も考慮されることをお勧めいたします。 肝心の味は大変美味しく、満足のいくものでした。

We went for breakfast ramen at opening time because the evening queue was very long. I can see why the queue is large, though. Huge portions and very generous with the meat. There was a good balance between fatty and lean pork. Garlic is optional. I had the small one and it was hard to finish at breakfast!

Ramen with generous serving of tender flavorful stewed pork in rich broth that I drank to the bottom of the bowl. There are counter and table seatings available. Order via ticket machine. If there is a queue, get the ticket before queuing. Additional crushed garlic, bean sprouts and cabbage available by request.
